For Lujaina Mohsin Darwish, family is at the heart of the legacy she seeks to build. Her life partner, Mr. Mohammed Abdullah Al Kharusi, is her constant pillar of support – and her world revolves around three adorable little daughters, Fatma, Jumana and Habiba.
Hon. Lujaina Mohsin Darwish keeps her ‘Family Time’ as inviolable – even amidst a demanding schedule of management meetings, personal interactions with staff at work, her numerous philanthropic activities, and her work with constituents as part of her public life.
An intensely private person, Hon. Lujaina highly values and protects her time and bonds with her close family members. It is one of the important traits that she had imbibed from her late father, Mohsin Haider Darwish.

No single individual has had a more profound influence on Lujaina Mohsin Darwish than her father, late Mohsin Haider Darwish.
While it is natural that his worldviews on family, leadership and philanthropy helped shape those of his eldest child, Hon. Lujaina Mohsin Darwish also consciously modelled herself after her inspiration; building upon his vision and legacy in her commitment to family, enterprise and society.
Her father’s maxims like, “Lead by example” and “What is good for Oman is good for my business”, are still radiant beacons of wisdom guiding her life journey.
